It is with great pleasure that we have been assessed and awarded as a Silver Accredited Carbon Literate Organisation. Sustainability has become a key part of our business operations and behaviours and we have set out a clear and simple plan of how we are going to tackle sustainability.  Becoming Carbon Literate has been a large part of this plan, so we look forward to planning forward.

We are so proud that Great Little Breaks has won a trophy at the 2024 Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards for Best UK Holiday Operator.  Not only have they won the award, they have made it a hat trick and won for the third year in a row! Thank you to the whole Great Little Breaks team for working incredibly hard in each role that you do, you are truly an amazing team. A rather important thank you goes out to the travel agents who voted for us this year.  We can't put it into words how honoured we are that we are your choice for the award.

There is never a dull moment at hotelshopUK, and the Charity Pub Quiz was no exception!  Bringing together friends and family, hosted at Gaudet Luce Golf Club, we enjoyed a night of hysterics whilst testing our brains!  The quiz and the prize raffle raised £667 for our charity of the year.

Science-based targets provide a clearly defined pathway for companies to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, helping prevent the worst impacts of climate change and future-proof business growth.  Targets are considered ‘science-based’ if they are in line with what the latest climate science deems necessary to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement – limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.

With sustainability being at the heart of all that we do, we are proud to announce that our award was upgraded from Silver to the Gold EcoVardis award in October.  EcoVadis has grown to become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, creating a global network of more than 100,000+ rated companies.

Rob, Craig, Andy and Alex braved the shave last in front of friends and family who generously supported the amazing Cancer Research Charity after Diana's recent diagnosis. Thank you to all of you that came to support and also that have donated.  The event, along with further efforts, raised a fantastic £5232!

This year's Charity Golf Day was a fabulous day with many of our suppliers joining us to raise money for our 2023  chosen charity, the Worcestershire Maternity Bereavement Suite Fund.   The weather was hit and miss, as were some of the golf swings!  But the mood of the day was fabulous with smiles all around and plenty of laughter!

HotelshopUK’s chosen charity for 2022 was the amazing St Richard's Hospice and we can finally reveal the total raised for St Richards is…. £2484.31! St Richard's kindly invited us for a tour so we could see where our donation was being put to good use, and wow what an phenomenal facility. Beautifully designed and purpose built to give so much care and love to the community, from wellbeing groups to home nursing and 17 hospice rooms on site.

Our people are so important to us, so much so that we have set up a Care Team to make sure that everyone knows where they can go to talk and get support. So having this award shows to the world that we do this to s high standard and we take it seriously

We are delighted to announce that we have had our ISO certificate renewed for 2023. Making sure that HotelshopUK runs to the very best of it's ability to allow us to follow our delight structure of delighting our clients, staff and all that we talk to is of highest importance to us. We look forward to another year focusing on our quality management systems
