As an OnBusiness Consultant, you will be responsible for booking accommodation on behalf of our major alternative accommodation client. This diverse role encompasses booking various types of accommodations, including hotels and self-catering options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and sourcing accommodation for our major alternative accommodation client
• Utilising your commercial awareness to ensure cost-effective and high-quality bookings
• Working efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensuring bookings are completed with a high degree of accuracy
• Creating strong relationships with key personnel within all our suppliers.

Qualifications:

• A strong customer service background, with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for helping people and sourcing great accommodations.
• Previous experience organising corporate travel arrangements would be beneficial but a can do attitude and solid customer service background is just as important.
