At hotelshop we are a customer focused organisation and like to think our doors are always open to delighting customers. We pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge of the market and listening to and understanding our customer needs. We are always open to change and open to advice as long as it means delighting our customers more. And to date we’re doing pretty well with 98% of our customers happy to recommend us to their nearest and dearest! We do however take our responsibility to promote sustainable tourism and protect the environment and seek to inform and educate both our Leisure and Corporate customers. We strive to achieve and maintain an average customer satisfaction rating of 97% or above and ensure all customer complaints are handled within the company standard guidelines. We look after our Customers, whether the leisure traveller or the business traveller – for whom we have increased security provisions with our Traveller Tracker. Marketing our products and treating our customers in an ethical way is a natural extension of our company DELIGHT values. We seek to promote honesty, fairness, and responsibility in all advertising and do not try to manipulate or falsely advertise to potential consumers.
